:: ABOUT OMAS
The trademark OMAS was created in 1966;
thanks to Mr. Nalon's dynamism who decided to begin
his industrial activity in the milling sector, by putting
into practice the brilliant results he obtained during
his previous employment in the mechanical industry.
The business-minded attitude typical
of north-eastern Italy, based on intelligence and willpower,
influenced the company, which initially comprised only
a few employees.
After a few years the company attained success both
on national and international level in the industry
of milling and cereals processing.
Thanks to the employment of a highly
qualified and experienced staff, and constant technological
research aimed at improving milling techniques, together
with the customers' different requirements, the company
has continuously been able to introduce new series of
machines, ranging from small mills to industrial turn-key
installations for the processing of up to 500 tons of
cereals per day.
All machinery and equipment have been
designed and built in order to satisfy any processing
need, and any type of transformation of cereals or similar,
from the production of graded semolina for pasta or
cous cous, to the finest flours for the baking industry
with high water absorbency or for special products,
baguettes or wafers
Within the company five different
divisions are actively and continuously operative.
